Nowakowski Lab submits their first pre-print! Single cell epigenomic atlas of the developing human brain and organoids

Kudos to Ryan Ziffra who used scRNAseq and scATACseq and found that chromatin state identifies cell states not apparent in transcriptomics in the developing cerebral cortex. Important implications for understanding cell diversity.
